Countryside Public Health

About Us

Countryside Public Health provides services to individuals, families and communities to prevent disease and disability and promote and protect the health of the residents of Big Stone, Chippewa, Lac qui Parle, Swift and Yellow Medicine Counties.

Our focus is to promote healthy families and communities; support disabled and elderly persons to live independently; and respond to emerging diseases and health threats. We partner with many organizations and community groups to address and resolve health issues and concerns.
