Community Health

Countryside Public Health's Mission is to facilitate a safe and healthy future for the residents of Big Stone, Chippewa, Lac qui Parle, Swift, and Yellow Medicine counties. Countryside Public Health staff work closely with the Board of Health and area partners to plan and implement programs to create healthier families and communities.
