Family Planning provided by SMOC (Southern Minnesota Opportunity Council)

Services:
  • Physical exams
  • Screening for sexually transmitted infections
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Assistance in choosing an appropriate birth control method
  • Emergency contraception
  • Education and counseling


Cost:
  • Charges are based on your income and family size.
  • No one is refused services because of inability to pay
  • Medical Assistance and Minnesota Family Planning Program are accepted as payment, as are most insurance companies.


ALL SERVICES ARE CONFIDENTIAL!
  • Services are available to everyone regardless of income, race, religion, age marital status, disability or inability to pay.

  • Marshall – Monday 10-5:15, Tues 9-4:15
